Significant Infotech provides IT consultancy and development services including but not limited to:
Clients agree to provide necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required content or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery dates.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an advance payment before work begins. Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Significant Infotech retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in a non-disclosure agreement.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
We provide warranty support as specified in individual project agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Significant Infotech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
